We accept; cash, Debit and Visa. No personal cheques.

Due to the nature of our business, we have a "no refund" policy however we will allow you to exchange items within 7 days of your purchase as long as you have the original sales receipt. If however an item is not as described you may be eligible for a full or partial refund however it is up to our discretion.

 

Terms & Conditions of Consignment

 

• Consignee agrees to receive 70% of the selling price of the consigned item. Prices are determined by Lancome Antiques.

• Consignment period is for three months at which time both parties agree to review the terms and conditions.

• If a reasonable offer is received at a price less than the agreed upon sale price, Lancome Antiques reserves the right to accept an offer at a lower price. In this case, the agreed upon percentages remain in effect.

• It is the responsibility of the consignee to follow up on the status of their items.

• All consigned items are the property of the owner and it is the consignee’s responsibility to ensure these items are appropriately insured. Lancome Antiques is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods.

• By leaving items at Lancome Antiques, the consignee consents to the above terms and conditions.

• It is the consignee’s responsibility to pick up their items at the end of the consignment period. Lancome Antiques is not responsible for items unclaimed after eight months and a storage fee may be levied.
